するめいかルイベ 生姜醤油 @ 松川, 東京. Surume Squid (Dried Squid) “Ruibe”, Ginger Soy Sauce @ Matsukawa, Tokyo. A close-up of the ruibe, frozen semi dried squid wrapped around squid liver, squid ink and squid eggs. The thin ice cold squid slice, particularly the center, was SO umami packed! What an unusual dish with unique texture and flavors! An eye opener for me.
