冷物: 手打ちそば なめ茸 すだち出汁 @ 松川, 東京. Cold Dish: Handmade Soba, Nameko Mushroom, Sudachi Sauce @ Matsukawa, Tokyo. An excellent cold entry here for rest our palates. The handmade soba was very chewy and actually strong in buckwheat flavor compared to even some soba specialty restaurants. Clean and refreshing.
