焼物: 焼松茸 @ @ 松川, 東京. Grilled Dish: Grilled Matsutake (from Iwate, Japan) @ Matsukawa, Tokyo. The grilled chucky matsutake, with the hot earthy aromatic juice all concentrated after grilling. We ate these straight from the grill with chopsticks. The head parts were incredibly juicy and tender.
