食事: いくら 生からすみ ちりめん @ 松川, 東京. Rice Course: Ikura, Fresh Karasumi (Mullet Roe), Chirimen (Baby Anchovies) @ Matsukawa, Tokyo. The wonderful array of condiments for our rice. It’s DIY so we scooped out some from each bowl to top our rice (these were already scooped out by a few others). These ikura were of extremely high quality, and I truly love the fresh karamumi!!!! SOOOOOO GOOD! The chirimen was not the usual ones but with fresh peppercorns. This whole set of condiments could have been very ordinary, but it’s the little additions and the careful selected ingredients that set it apart from others.
