するめいかルイベ 生姜醤油 @ 松川, 東京. Surume Squid (Dried Squid) “Ruibe”, Ginger Soy Sauce @ Matsukawa, Tokyo. One of the most intriguing dishes of the meal. “Ruibe” is frozen food, and this was actually thinly sliced semi dried squid served frozen. The brown center was actually squid liver, with the little black corner of squid ink, and some squid eggs all wrapped around by the frozen squid meat. Something I have never tasted before!
