向付: かわばき 平目 肝醤油@ 松川, 東京. Sashimi Dish: Kawahagi and Hirame Sashimi, Kawahagi liver soy sauce, @ Matsukawa, Tokyo. Originally we were only supposed to be hirame (sole), but we were also served with kawahagi (filefish) as well after Chef Matsukawa overheard us saying we all love kawahagi!
