食事: いくら 生からすみ ちりめん 八丁: ゆば 香物 :大根人参 胡瓜 @ 松川, 東京. Rice Course: Ikura, Fresh Karasumi (Mullet Roe), Chirimen (Baby Anchovies) Soup: Yuba Miso Soup Pickles: Daikon, Carrots, Cucumber @ Matsukawa, Tokyo. This is the whole set for the last savory course. Besides the wonderful Japanese rice and condiments (really really delicious), the miso soup with fresh yuba was excellent as well. Don’t overlook the pickles. These were very well made with excellent balance of tartness, sweetness, and the vegetable nartural flavors. I couldn’t have been happier with this whole combination for my last savory course of the meal.
