Grilled unagi with broad beans @ 晴山** I'm not a big fan of grilled unagi because I always think that the unagi sauce is too sweet for me. But I enjoyed this dish because this unagi was different! It was not as sweet, the surface was crispy and inside was very moist. The broad beans were very delicious.
