Thoughts: A very traditional Kaiseki Omakase set dinner at The Shirori, London last night!! Presentation was playful, vibrant. Also, i know they change their menu every month based on the freshest ingredients available at the time, this was evident as ive never tried such fresh japanese food in London. They only had one chef (Takashi Takagi, previous head chef at UMU) and one server, and seating was very limited, booking beforehand is very necessary! (I booked a month before).
