The Kaiseki dinner tonight. I left the snail right up to the end, just so that I know I didn't move in the 1 hour I was eating... The dinner was good, and I cheated a bit. Coz I don't really dig raw dishes.. I quickly dipped some of the raw stuff into the tempura batter when the servers were not around, and deep fried them together with the tempura bites. Yup, it's self cooked tempura. The tempura cheese was unique though. Goodnight!
