#AustinFoodies have a tendency to flock towards all things Paul Qui related. After working his way up the ranks of #Uchi to becoming the executive chef at #Uchiko and winning season 9 of #TopChef, Qui wanted to branch out of Japanese cuisine and show Austin his take on the #culinary world. This celebrated chef has built an empire of restaurants over the past few years, and each one truly lives up the the expectations. His first two ventures after Top Chef were to open Qui, a trendy new american style restaurant, and East Side King, the highly sought after asian fusion food truck. After the success of Qui and #ESK, Thai Kun was born. The #ThaiInspired food truck took to the streets of #Austin and was once again a hit! His newest addition to the Austin’s #RestaurantScene is the highly anticipated 12 seat #sushi and #kaiseki restaurant, #Otoko. Tickets for a spot at Otoko went on sale earlier this month and are already sold out! Congratulations #Chef! Food 📷 by James F on Yelp Chef 📷 by Nicolai McCray on #AustinEater
