It is such a treat to secure a seat with Abe-San at his kitchen counter during his monthly #kaiseki styled dinners!! Over the last two months, we were able to try some truly unique dishes including #blowfish in aspic, smoked Cherrywood mackerel #sashimi, A5 #wagyu beef, sakura sea urchin #uni somen #noodles, and #truffle #icecream drizzled with truffle honey to name just a few. I rarely put food collages together anymore, but I felt like I wouldn’t be doing you foodies justice if I were to just choose 2 or 3 dishes to share since everything was so beautiful and so good!!
