Really happy to return to 3* Ishikawa after we had a great meal here nearly 3 years ago (during our very 1st visit to Japan/Tokyo). It set the kaiseki standard for us when we just started out. Chef Hideki Ishikawa is 50 this year and his restaurant is now 12 years old.
