01.30.16. Dinner at Rosanjin, the Michelin one star restaurant known for its kaiseki courses. Today is the last day that the restaurant is open before it relocates/closes, so decided to try it. This is the fifth course, featuring Sushi / お凌ぎ. We weren't presented with a menu and I can't remember the waitress' explanation so I don't remember what everything was.
