01.30.16. Cold appetizer / 冷菜, the first course served at Rosanjin. I saw pics of this course already before I went but I was still wowed by the presentation. Super tiny bite sized appetizer that consisted of king crabs, root vegetables, and caviar placed on top of bubbling liquid nitrogen.
