"Kai" = bosom, "Seki" = stone. Kaiseki were stones Japanese monk would place in their robes and wrap around their belly's to ward off hunger pangs. Clearly it didn't work for Buddha. But Iridescence gave us a nice token of this phenomenal Kaiseki dinner as well as the sake box we drank tea from! #iridescence #iridescencedetroit #kaiseki #motorcitycasino #detroit #detroitfoodies by mythyhuynh via http://bit.ly/1fKk1pJ
