Steamed rice with black rockfish and ginger. We could not finish the whole pot so they made onigiri with the leftovers. Ate them on the way to the airport the next day. Another simple dish that was so flavourful. Loved this very precise, very fine meal at Ishikawa. I guess I like my food like my wine.
