Seasonal sashimi, a part of an 8- courses early spring Kaiseki with a carafe of Jokigen sake on the side. The sake was such a good pick, full bodied and amazingly fragrant. High quality fish selections of fluke, otoro, amberjack, sweet shrimp (my fave!!) and a fish that I don't remember. Will definitely come back for other Kaiseki tasting menu 🍶.
