Seizan**, Tokyo - Matsuba Kani, grilled the way we like it. But as mentioned, the crabs we had this year wasn't as sweet and juicy as it should have been - at every place we visited. In fact, many kaiseki places, surprisingly for this time of the year, didn't serve us crabs. So I presumed, it was indeed a prevalent problem this year (?)
