Arashiyama Kitcho** , Toya - A signature serving at Kitcho is the special custard sauce served with the fresh fruit platter. One does not usually need any suace with fresh fruit especially with the quality of Japanese fruits like this seasonal Kaki persimmon. Not unless you're at Kitcho!
