And the magic continues at Jiki Miyazawa. Sashimi of yellowtail (buri) and uni topped with nori and radish. The buri, in season for winter, was super fatty. Then the creaminess and the sweetness of the uni. Topped with the lingering aroma of the sea by the nori and a refreshing note by the radish.
