Hinamatsuri (Doll's day - this coming tuesday on March 3rd) themed plate. This consists of the symbolic hishimochi (green, white, pink to resemble grass, snow and flowers), Tazunazushi (the colourful "sushi" with a diagonal pattern, made with potato instead of rice here at Kuroiwa), Hiugo (baby ayu) jelly, uni daikon, iidako (baby octopus) and hotaruika with kurumi and mochi, tarashirako with karashisumiso
