Happy May Day! The first of May brings about a whole new menu at Kajitsu! We would like to introduce you to this month's takiawase featuring tofu, wakame, yomogi, nama-fu, mountain vegetable, lotus root, myoga, yuba, and kogomi. Along with our delicious broth of wakame and scallion, we are also offering a house made tomato ponzu sauce as an optional addition to the broth.
