Lobster. Having tried most of the Kaiseki restaurants in NYC, I have to say this is a place to avoid. The octopus on the appetizer platter was not cleaned thoroughly. The ingredients didn't feel like top notch like those at Rosanjin. The flavor was bland... This lobster is just standard and its tomalley is bitter and yucky.
