Akami 赤身 and ōtoro 大とろ sashimi served with a soya flavored egg yolk. Both the akami and ōtoro were very good quality, what made it different from most other places was that the maguro here were served with a soya flavored egg yolk. Although they are not unique in doing so, but still quite rare.
