I skipped lunch today because we have dinner here tonight. Wakuriya is a Michelin Star rated restaurant that serves tradition Japanese Kaiseki, a multi-dish, multi-course meal. The last time we had Kaiseki we were sitting in an onsen surrounded by the apple orchards of Nagano, Japan. Saying I'm 'excited' would be an understatement. We had to make this reservation a month in advance at 12:00am on the dot. Now we're an hour early which is ok with me since we already waited this long.
