Dinner @ 3* 北新地弧柳 Kitashinchi Koryu. May not be the best kaiseki I have had, but certainly the best valued. For the quality they serve, I am shocked when the check came. This would not happen in Tokyo. I like it because of the nice hospitality combined with the food. Better than the other 3* kaiseki I tried in Osaka.
