Kujira salad. Kujira is Japanese for whale. We only ate a kujira sashimi course couple of nights ago at Sushidokoro Hirano, and here it was again. No matter how much I resisted purposely ordering and eating kujira, it just kept coming at us on this trip. I felt a bit guilty to say that this kujira salad was simply delicious.
