It's sayonara to our favourite kaiseki restaurant in Singapore, Goto in Ann Siang Hill. Victim of greedy landlords who've upped their rent 3 times over the last few years yet Goto has never raised its kaiseki prices but are changing to a casual japanese dining concept to attract more diners. We're sad but will definitely return to support their casual dining which, knowing Goto-san's passion and commitment and great culinary skills will be many cuts over the usual casual Japanese diner.
