河豚の白子、焼き雲丹. Fugu no shirako (blowfish's sperm sac), yaki uni (grilled sea urchin). The whole reason why I think visiting Tokyo in cold winter is necessary. I was so impressed by Chef Matsukawa's kaiseki last time that I booked Christmas day on the spot after my last meal. And he continues to blow us away with his food. This is only the second course, and I have already ee and uuoooo so many times. One of the best fugu shirako dishes I have had. Just can't think of a better x'mas dinner in Tokyo.
