The Kaiseki (a traditional multi-course Japanese dinner) at n/naka was quite possibly my favorite dinner experience in Los Angeles thus far. Chef Niki Nakayama prepared one of the most impressive lineups I've seen. 13 unique courses that continually impressed and surprised my taste buds. I'll feature some of the standouts here and to follow. Pictured is the first course - Saki Zuke (A pairing of something common and something unique) - Fried Zucchini Blossom Stuffed with Blue Crab, Carrot Sorbet, and Sanbaizu Jelly.
